The Operator.
a one-man army who builds AI and still calls it witchcraft.
Fourteen years of owner-operated businesses. A dozen arms. One person. The joke is that the man who wired the pantheon together still does not entirely believe any of it works. The work suggests otherwise.
THE JOKE
He specialises in artificial intelligence. He thinks it is witchcraft. Both statements are load-bearing.
The name is not branding. It is a confession. When a machine listens to a conversation, remembers it, and answers the phone about it a week later in a voice with manners, calling that a stack of open protocols feels like underselling the situation. So: witchcraft. Practised commercially, documented reproducibly, invoiced monthly.
THE WORK
Three ways the operator is engaged.
STRATEGY
Where AI actually pays inside an operating business, and where it is theatre. Diagnostics with numbers attached.
IMPLEMENTATION
Voice receptionists on real phone lines. Private workflows on private data. Built, shipped, maintained.
ADVISORY
A standing seat at the table for owners who want the arbitrage before the market prices it.
THE RECORD
Facts, not adjectives.
